It’s All About The Relationship…
The relationship between the human and the horse is the key. The soft look, the gentle touch that creates a connection - these are the things I look for when I trip my shutter.
Video Work.
In addition to my photography I also do video. The first video is from a blog that I created for horse owners who wanted to develop the Best Possible Relationship with their horse. The series encompassed over 100 episodes.
The second video is from a personal project called, “Handmade Colorado”. It features Denver luthier, Edward Victor Dick.
The third video is from one of my equestrian passions, therapeutic riding. Dave and Vernita Erbeck, talk about volunteering at Hearts & Horses, in Loveland, CO.
Portraits… (Not Horsey)
While my main focus is equestrian, I do like to shoot portraits in outdoor places. I also enjoy fashion shoots in urban corridors.
Backstage Pass
Nick and Helen Forster, started E-town 30 years ago, in Boulder, Colorado. I have been the Stage Director for the last 20. Sometimes, I get a chance to shoot during the shows. The pictures here represent a tiny fraction of the amazing musicians that I have worked with through the years (if I had only brought my camera…)
