Navteq Traffic - Traffic producer for KCNC CBS 4 Denver

Navteq, is a division of Nokia, providing traffic data and graphic systems for radio and television stations.
I have been the back-up traffic reporter for KCNC Channel 4, the CBS station in Denver, CO.    for nearly five years.  In that time, I have used two different graphics systems, the first was Navteq's "Nexgen" system, the second was Navteq's "Commute Vantage" system.  I have averaged 20+ mornings a year for KCNC as their fill-in morning traffic reporter.

Parelli Natural Horsemanship - Media Department

My main job was as the sound engineer for the Parelli Tour.  This included setting up sound for the tour, both domestically and internationally.  During my time with Parelli, we traveled to Sydney, Australia, and held a tour at the Sydney International Equestrian Complex.  Sound was also provided for Parelli video needs.  Most of the tour stops where I was in charge of the sound were made into episodes of the Parelli television series on RFD-TV.  When not out on the road with the tour, I worked in the media department.  I shot/edited video, recorded audio for various purposes and created designs for Parelli media products.

Radio in Denver - KUVO, KNRC, KCUV

I have over ten years of experience in radio in Denver, CO., with some additional experience in Kodiak, AK.  In Denver, I worked at several different stations covering formats from Jazz to Classical, Talk Radio to Bluegrass.  I have worked in front of as well as behind the microphone in almost every capacity.  I have hosted morning and afternoon drive-time shows, recorded live music on high-end recording equipment and have engineered live remote broadcasts with both ISDN and POTS lines.  I have interviewed internationally recognized musicians, actors and artists.  I have created, produced and hosted my own public affairs progam's and I have worked on award winning nationally syndicated radio show's based out of Denver.

E-Town - Nationally Syndicated Radio Show

For ten years I have been the Stage Director for E-Town, a nationally syndicated radio show distributed through National Public Radio.  My job is to make sure that business on the stage runs smoothly for the E-Town production team, the musical acts and other guests as well as Nick and Helen Forster, the hosts.  The E-Town taping schedule averages two shows per month.  Most of the show's are taped in Boulder, CO. though shows are sometimes taped on the road.  I have worked shows in Boston, New York City, Aspen, Austin, Memphis and Louisville, KY.

Over the course of my years with E-Town, I have had the pleasure of working with some of the finest musicians in the world.  Below, you will see some examples of the Show.  If you look closely, you might see me in the background!
Please note that all E-town videos are produced by Zack Littlefield of E-town and are not my own

No Credits Production

I have worked with donnie l. betts for almost ten years on several different projects.  I have provided sound for portions of his documentary on the life of Oscar Brown Jr., "Music Is My Life, Politics My Mistress".  I have also worked with donnie on his radio drama series, "Destination Freedom: Black Radio Days".  Destination Freedom was originally aired in Chicago in the late 40's.  donnie received the right to re-broadcast the series from the widow of the original producer, Richard Durham.  I have engineered the shows for live broadcast and have designed sound effects for the show.
